    General Disclosures

    Straytum is a marketing lead generator and referral partner. Any reference in these Licenses and Disclosures to "we" or "us" or similar words shall refer to Straytum unless otherwise indicated. Straytum DOES NOT take applications, originate, service, make loans, or make credit decisions in connection with loans or insurance policies, nor does Straytum issue commitments or lock-in agreements. Straytum's services are only administrative.

    Any inquiry you submit is NOT an application for credit or insurance. Rather, it is an inquiry to be matched with partners to receive conditional offers. You may have to complete an application with a partner before they will extend an unconditional offer. Straytum does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular partner.

    Except as otherwise provided for your state, Straytum is not an agent of you or any partner. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available product, terms, and partner best suits your personal financial requirements. The partner is solely responsible for its services to you, and you agree that Straytum shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of such services.

    Fees

    Straytum does not charge any fees for services that require a financial services license. Straytum receives its compensation from partners for the goods, facilities, and non-licensed services provided by Straytum.

    Licensing

    Straytum does not hold any licenses. Jose Gomez holds the Property & Casualty and Health insurance licenses and is the only individual licensed to offer any insurance-related services or products.

    Straytum does not make any money on the services and products for which it is not licensed to offer. Straytum does make money for the services and products that do not require licensing.
