    By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

    Straytum is a growth partner that generates traffic, provides lead generation solutions, referral services, and tools for professionals. Straytum is not an insurance agency and does not hold any insurance licenses. We do not provide insurance or financial advice, bind coverage, or act as an insurance company. Any insurance-related services, products, or carrier access are facilitated exclusively through our licensed partners.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All branding, logos, content, and technology are the property of Straytum. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use marketing materials as provided through our platform. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

    5. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straytum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

    7. Agreement to Arbitrate

    You and Straytum agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. All claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Straytum, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
